Our Story

It began with a sleepless night.

My mother had struggled with sleep for years. Night after night, she lay awake, longing for the kind of deep, quiet rest most of us take for granted.

We didn’t have to look far for an answer. At Ing Chan Farm, in the hills of Chiang Rai, flowers grow everywhere. So we turned to what nature had already given us. We dried, steeped and blended the flowers from our own fields, and searched for a gentle, natural way to help her rest more easily.

That small act of care became the seed of something much bigger.

Rooted in Chiang Rai

Chiang Rai is one of Thailand’s leading regions for tea and coffee. The cool highland air, rich soil and generations of local know-how make this land special. Surrounded by that heritage, we began crafting herbal flower teas from the plants and flowers we know best:

Chamomile · Butterfly Pea · Chrysanthemum · Lemongrass · Roselle

Each is harvested by season and grown organically, without chemicals. Every cup is naturally caffeine-free and sugar-free. It reflects a belief long held in Thai herbal tradition: what we eat and drink each day can nourish us.

This is how Apirom Flower Tea was born. In Thai, Apirom (อภิรมย์) means “delight.” We want every cup to bring a moment of quiet joy.

From Farm to Cup

2020 — We founded Ing Chan Farm Co., Ltd., starting with a farm restaurant, a farmstay and an integrated garden of vegetables, fruits and flowers. Our guiding concept was simple: Lanna Gastronomy: From Farm to Cup.

2024 — We established the Ing Chan Farm Community Enterprise, Chiang Rai. This allowed us to develop a wider range of flower teas while staying true to the natural goodness of every plant, fruit and flower we grow. We also partnered with a network of more than 100 organic farming households across Chiang Rai. They grow with care, and we buy directly from them, so every cup supports local livelihoods.

2026 — Apirom Flower Tea reached shelves in modern retail stores across Thailand. It was a journey from our farm to homes nationwide.
